Reminder: Minimum room temperature if you plan to be away in winter
Any residents leaving for a trip are asked to set their thermometers no lower than 60-65 degrees and leave the cabinet doors under the kitchen and bathroom sinks open, to be sure warm air can get to the plumbing. If your pipes freeze, you are liable for all related costs.

Fire Code Reminder: No items may be placed on the floor in the hallways at the Lynnwood (e.g., holiday/doorway decorations, doormats/rugs, walkers/canes, shoes/boots, plants, etc.). Door and wall decor (pictures, wreaths, etc.) are fine, with owner/landlord permission. Laundry Room--Update
Laundry Hours: The daily times (M-Sat.) for reserving laundry room usage is now 5 a.m. to 6 p.m, which means the latest slot you can sign up for each day is the 4-6 p.m. slot. After that, and all day Sunday, the laundry room is available to residents on a first-come, first served basis.
