Fire Code Reminder: No items may be placed on the floor in the hallways at the Lynnwood (e.g., holiday/doorway decorations, doormats/rugs, walkers/canes, shoes/boots, plants, etc.). Door and wall decor (pictures, wreaths, etc.) are fine, with owner/landlord permission. Only those who live in the corner units, which do not open directly onto a hallway, may put decorations on the floor outside their doors.

Lynnwood Policies and Practices: All who live here are expected to know the Lynnwood policies, bylaws, and general expectations. A copy of the “Welcome to the Lynnwood” booklet can now be found in the game room and laundry room. It is also on the Lynnwood website, where you’ll also find bylaws, board meeting minutes, and general announcements.

Please check the Lynnwood website weekly, if you have internet. To get into the Owners/Residents section of the website, ask a board member or neighbor for the password. (This is something that anyone who owns or rents here should have gotten from their realtor, landlord, or management company. If you did not get website information, please let a board member know, so we can remind them. Board members' names are on the bulletin boards.)
