Door Mats: The Fire Department and the Lynnwood Board ask that no door mats be placed in the halls. Please keep them inside the unit.
Unwanted Items: Do not leave unwanted items in random places hoping someone else might take them. Either give them away to a thrift store, or post a picture of them on the first floor bulletin board saying they’re for sale or giveaway. If we have to use the hall camera system to track down who left their unwanted items in the public spaces, the person who left them will be charged $100 per hour for the time-consuming camera search, which is about what Gatewest would charge.
Parking Courtesy: We have asked all residents who have a garage parking space to NOT use a parking space along the east and south sides of the Lynnwood for their second vehicle. Anyone noticing such a vehicle that has been parked there for over five days may call the City Parking Commission to report an abandoned vehicle: (406) 552-6293, or fill out a form at this website https://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/851/Report-an-Abandoned-Vehicle.
Laundry Hours: The daily times (M-Sat.) for reserving laundry room usage is now 5 p.m. to 6 p.m, which means the latest slot you can sign up for each day is the 4-6 slot. After that, and all day Sunday, the laundry room is available to residents on a first-come, first served basis.
Laundry Room No-shows: Residents sometimes do not use the time slot they have reserved on the laundry chart. The Board has decided that if a resident does show up within 20 minutes of their starting time, other residents may do laundry during that time slot, as long as they are done and out of the laundry room by the next reserved time slot. If they can’t be finished by then, they will need to remove their items from the dryers and dry them after 6.
Reminder: You will need to add a # sign after entering your new front door entry code.
