Unwanted Items

Do NOT leave unwanted items in the laundry room, game room, or any other shared space in the building.

·      If you would like to offer them to Lynnwood residents, take a photo and post it on the first-floor bulletin board with your contact information, but keep the item(s) in your unit.

·      If you leave items in a shared area, and someone has to view the camera videos to see who left them there (a time-consuming and tedious process), the Board will bill you $100 per hour for the time spent doing the search (roughly what Gatewest would charge).
