Here’s the Lynnwood parking math:
Â
·     There are 46 units in the Lynnwood.
·     There are 40 parking spaces under or next to the building: 25 garage parking spaces, 9 diagonal spaces on the Ronald side of the building, 3 ADA spaces on the Connell side, and 3 additional spaces on the Connell side).
Â
·      Over 50 vehicles need a parking space, and that doesn't include folks that have more than one vehicle, visitors, or service providers.
Â
So we are once again asking you to please be considerate of the needs of others who live here:
Â
1.  If you have a parking space in the garage, park there and NOT in one of the street parking spaces.
Â
2.   If you (and/or others in your unit) have more than one vehicle total, park only ONE of the vehicles in a Lynnwood space and park the other(s) across the street or nearby. That is, each unit should be using only ONE of the 40 parking spaces (unless you own or rent two garage parking spaces.)
Â
3.  If you have an ADA parking pass, please use an ADA parking space and NOT one of the other spaces.
Â
4. Please ask visitors to park across the street or nearby, if possible.Â
Â
5.  Lynnwood parking spaces may NOT be used to store a vehicle. If you need to park an unused vehicle for an extended period, park it elsewhere nearby.
Â
Thanks,
Â
