NW Energy came to the building to discuss updating the transformers, but this time it

appears they would like the HOA to pay for part of the project. This was quite different than their first visit so we are trying to learn more about the upgrades they will require if the transformers are moved.

NW Energy has asked us to delay the solar panel instillation while they update the transformers for our building. The new transformers will be outside in one of the front yard areas instead of inside the building. This is a safer option and the equipment will be modernized. The NW Energy Grant administrator knows about this delay and can hold the money they have promised for the coming year. We hope the departments concerned with the transformer replacement will have a plan soon.
